REGIONAL MANAGER

  • Manage and oversee Dart’s overall daily operations in the Kota Kinabalu.

  • Manage, train and motivate staff, to ensure quality service is being provided.

  • Oversee budget and finance allocations

  • Developing strategies to enhance the company’s growth

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

  • Friendly, and able to multi-task.

  • Handle passengers’ enquiries and complaints.

  • Guide passengers on how to use the app and provide information on Dart services.

  • Assist passengers with any app issues ( for eg: Dart Credit top-up issues, Dart account set-up etc)

  • Must be able to respond to enquiries within an appropriate time.

  • Must be able to remain diplomatic and professional in challenging situations.

  • Provide excellent customer service to our customer base

FLEET LOGISTICS MANAGER

  • Manage Dart Drivers in daily operations, schedules for

    clients and major events.

  • Oversee inspection procedures for Dart vehicles.

  • Analyze operational data and implement strategies for driver recruitment.
