Job Description:

• A key role focused on managing the School Run service and oversees any non-Corporate clients/ projects.

• Developing and maintaining relationships with School Run clients, and customising services for a seamless school transportation experience.

• Working closely with relevant departments within the Company to handle all aspects of non-Corporate client engagements.

Job Description:

• A key role responsible for ensuring regulatory adherence and operational efficiency, which includes:

  • Developing and implementing policies, regulations and process flows, apart from conducting and being directly involved with audits (i.e. ISO 9001).

• Acts as a focal person to build and maintain effective controls, incident response and management thereof.

  Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that any due diligence is conducted according to e-hailing industry standards, as well as follow up on resolution of compliance issues that may arise.

  • Managing and executing reports

  • Making recommendations, and conducting internal investigations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes are streamlined.

Requirements:

Applicants are expected to hold a minimum qualification in Diploma, and posessing relevant compliance experience is an advantage. Applicants need to have strong analytical and communication skills, and passionate about maintaining high compliance standards in a dynamic environment.
