GENERAL MANAGER

  • Manage and oversee Dart’s overall daily operations.

  • Manage, train and motivate staff, to ensure quality service.

  • Organise staff meetings and provide recommendations and solutions in daily operations.

  • Assist in staff recruitment and evaluation to ensure they are in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.

  • Oversee budget and finance allocations.

  • Develop and apply strategies to enhance the company’s growth.

  • Implement and enhance marketing strategies and provide recommendations for improvement.

 

FLEET LOGISTICS MANAGER

  • Develop a detailed understanding of Dart's Fleet and identify key market-level questions, problems, and continuous improvement opportunities to drive productivity and operational efficiencies.

  • Lead on-the-ground operations to sustainably maximize fleet availability, performance, and utilization to enable growth.

  • Drive strategic, fleet-wide initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, fleet health and fleet management costs.

  • Prioritize team resources based on financial impact, operational capacity, and customer needs.

  • Analyze operational data and implement strategies for driver acquisition.

  • Oversee inspection procedures for Dart vehicles to insurance quality and safety

 

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (CFA/CIMA)

  • Collaborate with Investor Relations by analyzing relevant financial information in preparation for the earnings call and investor presentations.

  • Ensure asset costing policies are clearly defined and consistently implemented.

  • Help in analyzing & showing forecast trends for total company financials.

  • Must be able to evaluate data, draw conclusions, interpret results and make recommendations.

  • Maintain process documentation and look for opportunities to automate and improve daily costing accounting and account processes.

  • Prepare account reconciliations and flux analysis and ensure they are SOX compliant.

  • Timely and accurate execution of monthly close in areas of responsibility.

  • Team up with Operations and Business Development team to create Board of Directors financials.

  • Partner with Financial Department to manage close timelines, process and reporting.

  • Manage creation of internal executive reporting documents including board, close and other management presentations and workbooks

OFFICE MANAGER

  • Manage schedules, appointments and daily operations.

  • Enhance office efficiency and productivity .

  • Organise meetings and company events

  • Manage office budgets, orders of office stationary and supplies, maintenance needs.

  • Communicate and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients.

  • Oversee and supervise in administrative tasks.

  • Assist in dealing with complaints and enquiries.

  • Manage, train and motivate staff, to ensure quality service.

 

DATA SCIENTIST

  • Have knowledge of computer science and applications, statistics and analytics.

  • Leverage data and analytic frameworks to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency .

  • Work closely with business development, marketing and operations team to translate data insights into decisions and action.

  • Develop analytical frameworks to monitor business and product performance.

  • Establish metrics that measure the health of our products, as well as rider and driver experience

CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

  • Log, track and analyse customer feedback and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered.

  • Recognizing ideal customer profiles and mapping customer journeys to recognize the gaps in customer experience across all touchpoints, for all kinds of customer interactions, transactions and engagements.

  • Identify customers’ pain point to identify areas of improvement and report to the relevant departments.

 

BUSINESS ANALYST

  • Accountable for systematic performance monitoring to identify potential issues and propose action plans.

  • Lead construction of supply-shaping and demand-generating strategy to identify potential business growth.

  • Proactively identify issues, and areas of improvements to provide value added insights and implement strategic initiatives.

  • Managing end-to-end life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities to drive continuous improvement.

  • Conduct research and provide analysis alongside providing recommendation to improvement processes & product flows
